Marie-Line’s Story:
Marie-Line has nine brothers and sisters. Her older sister, Renette, is also at Pwoje Espwa. Marie-Line's father passed away when she was very young, leaving her mother homeless, helpless, and with ten children. Her mother found a small job selling popsicles during the day, but it just does not provide enough financially for all of her children.
Marie-Line is now attending kindergarten, and wants to be a nurse when she gets older. She is extremely attached to her older sister, and they love playing with dolls.
